CAMEROON e-VISA REQUIREMENTS

1. Cameroon Visa FORM:
   An Official Form from the Cameroonian Embassy completed online on the official website
2. ID PHOTOS:
   Two identical color passport photos less than 3 months old stamped on the form – format 4.5 x 3.5cm (no photocopies, no scanned photos, and no glasses).
3. PASSPORT:
   A passport whose validity must be at least 6 months after the end of the planned stay and comprising two pages completely free (facing pages) of any registration for the Cameroon visa.
4. PLANE TICKET:
   A copy of the plane ticket or a return travel certificate or a customs clearance book
5. PROOF OF ACCOMMODATION:
   A certificate of accommodation issued by the person who undertakes to accommodate the visitor, bearing the visa of the territorially competent Mayor (document not claimed for applicants of Cameroonian origin)
   Or
   A hotel reservation confirmation for the total planned duration of the stay
6. PROOF OF ADDRESS
   A recent proof of residence in your country, less than three months old (electricity bill, telephone bill, a certificate from the town hall, etc.) or a tax form
   Or
   Foreigners residing in another country: a copy of the valid residence permit
7. BIRTH CERTIFICATE or FAMILY BOOKLET:
   A copy of a recent birth certificate extract less than three months old or a copy of the identity pages of the family record book (parents page AND children/husband: wife)

4. INVITATION LETTER:
   A letter of invitation from the Cameroonian company legalized with a Cameroonian town hall and mentioning the maximum dates of stay
5. MISSION ORDER:
   A mission order from your company specifying the contact details of the Cameroonian partner, the detailed reason for the stay as well as the repatriation of the expatriate
6. PROOF OF ADDRESS
   A recent proof of residence in your country, less than three months old (electricity bill, telephone bill, a certificate from the town hall, etc.), or a tax form
   Gold
   Foreigners residing in another country: a copy of the valid residence permit
7. BIRTH CERTIFICATE or FAMILY BOOKLET:
   A copy of a recent birth certificate extract less than three months old or a copy of the identity pages of the family record book (parents AND children page)

People of Cameroonian origin (born in Cameroon or not and whatever their nationality) or married to a Cameroonian: the visa issued will be for 6 months with multiple entries
